ViewCaller is operated by Smart Media Internet Marketing Ltd. This page summarises how the website handles data; it complements the ViewCaller privacy policy.

Public number pages

The public lookup pages show only technical facts derived from the phone number itself — how it can be written, its line type, and the country that issued it. They never show names, contacts, or any other personal information, and we publish pages only for business landline numbers outside the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland.

Signed-in search

When you sign in to search, we verify your account with your identity provider (Google or Apple) only to match your subscription. Search results are shown to you alone, are never published or indexed, and the number you search is not retained beyond serving the request.

Payments

Web subscription payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the account it belongs to; we do not receive or store your card details.

Removal and contact

To have a public number page removed, use the phone number unlisting form. For any other privacy request, contact support@tap.pm.
