Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Smart Media Internet Marketing Ltd. (“Smart Media,” “we,” “us”) for ViewCaller — the ViewCaller Lookup website, the ViewCaller mobile apps, and the ViewCaller Pro subscription (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Your account

Signing in to search requires a Google- or Apple-authenticated account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly at support@tap.pm if you believe your account has been compromised.

The service

ViewCaller is a consumer utility for identifying unknown callers and protecting yourself from spam and fraudulent calls.

ViewCaller Pro lets a signed-in subscriber look up a phone number on the website and identify unknown callers in the ViewCaller app, on the same account. Results are shown only to the subscriber who requested them and are never published.

A subscription purchased on the web unlocks both the website and the app for the same account. A subscription purchased in the App Store or Google Play unlocks the app only.

Purchases and billing

ViewCaller Pro is sold as an automatically renewing subscription. Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown at checkout; taxes may apply. Web payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record; in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google.

Cancel recurring billing through the account or platform used to subscribe, before the next renewal. Refunds are governed by the checkout provider’s terms and applicable law. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not retroactively reverse completed charges.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not scrape, resell, bulk-query, or attempt to circumvent the subscription gate or rate limits. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Caller information is provided on a best-effort basis and may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Media and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in Israel, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another right. We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
