Refund Policy

ViewCaller Pro is an automatically renewing subscription. Web payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record; in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the checkout provider’s terms and applicable law. For a web (Paddle) purchase, reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, or contact us at support@tap.pm with your order details, and we will help. Paddle issues approved refunds to your original payment method.

Cancellation

Cancel recurring billing through the account or platform used to subscribe, before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation on its own does not retroactively reverse a completed charge.
